As an incentive to get Porter more excited about potty training I told him he could have a cat when he wasn't wearing diapers anymore. At first he seemed motivated but then fell back.
I was sure we were never getting a cat until all of a sudden he was going on his own, telling us when he had to go and sure enough as I promised, here she is! Dori, an eight month old short haired bundle of attitude and mischief. She is so much fun. We found her on KSL Classifieds and brought her home that weekend.
She enjoys standing on the lid of the guinea pig cage, attacking your feet, and curling up next to my neck at night. She is a great mix of feisty and snuggle.
We are happy to have her added to our little family.
